Our oven is a unique combination of the excellence typical of the Neapolitan wood-fired oven and the production capacity required by large food chains. Its distinctive design features a refined and elegant appearance, using AISI 304 stainless steel, while preserving traditional Neapolitan baking techniques inside.


The PLC control system allows easy creation, modification, and storage of recipes, with automatic adjustment of the relevant parameters.

Our baking chamber uses natural stones, particularly lava stone for the conveyor belt, which promotes healthy baking while allowing energy savings of up to 30%.


The machine is also equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel brush for cleaning the baking belt and an automatic chain lubrication system. In addition, the baking belt can be removed for specific cleaning and sanitization operations.

Parthenope Ignis et Petra represents the natural evolution of the VSTone: a compact oven powered by LPG or natural gas that delivers the same performance and quality.

The electric oven is designed as a modular tunnel system with high structural rigidity, developed for continuous industrial operation.


The supporting framework is made of structural steel engineered to ensure:


  • Compensation for thermal expansion

  • Long-term geometric stability

  • Absorption of dynamic stresses from the transport system



The structure is fully insulated with high-density materials to ensure energy containment and precise control of the internal microclimate.
